9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Forum Group Sessions (optional)
One of the main feedbacks from last year was that people felt they missed the opportunity for the Cross Forum Session with Nancy and team. However, we also want to encourage forums to ensure they have covered their deep dives, peer coaching and goal setting.
For groups that need the full 1 1/2 days with their group, please do so. Your conference room will remain available to you. For those groups that feel one day is sufficient, you are welcome to join the morning Cross Forum event. This portion of the event is still going to keep your group together for at least the beginning of it.
9:00 AM - 12:00 PM Cross Forum Session #1
Join Nancy and team as they take you through a cross forum session.
12:00 PM - 1:00 PM Lunch
This will be the first event where everyone comes together.
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM Cross Forum Session #2
Intended for everyone, Nancy and team will take you through another cross forum session.
6:00 PM - 8:30 PM Banquet Supper at The Delta SJ
This will be held in the Royal Ball Room at the Delta. We are planning on a buffet meal with more variety this year. Our key not speakers are the McCain brothers.
8:30 PM - 2:00 AM The Kitchen Party
We will be transitioning directly from the dinner into Party Mode. Laura and Lesley have chosen a Kitchen Party theme for this year.
